I am a business who travels the country and have many dining experiences I want to share with you. Some good, some not so good.
I will critique the food, service, cleanliness and wait staff. No fancy, four-star eateries, but places where the commkopn person goes for a good meal.
Was my order taken in a timely manner? What is correct when it arrived? Did the wait staff know about my selection? (Many restaurants do not have their staff try each item on the menu. They then sound stupid when you ask them if they have tried a certain item). Did I get my money's worth? Were the restrooms clean? Will I come back again?
